地下鉄六番町駅から歩いて５分ほどの場所にあるパティスリー、休日の午前中に利用してみました。テイクアウトのほか、店内にも２人かけテーブル５卓のイートインスペースもあり、この日はイートインでの利用、１２時少し前くらいに入りましたがイートインの先客は１組でした。
グラスモンブランにヴァシュラン フレーズといったイートイン限定メニューもありましたがこの日はショーケースのケーキを頂くことに。ショーケースにはすごく多くの種類の魅力的なケーキが並んでいてすごく迷いましたがその中からムラング シャンティというケーキをチョイスです。
ムラング シャンティはメレンゲでホワイトチョコ生クリームと自家製いちごジャムをサンドしたような見た目にも美しいケーキ、味の方もサクッと軽い食感とともにシュワッと口の中で溶けるようになくなるメレンゲになめらかでまろやかな味わいのクリーム、それに甘酸っぱいいちごジャム、それぞれがしっかり主張していながらも味としても見事にバランス良くまとまっていますね、すごく美味しかったです。
なかなかにレベル高いお店ですね、近くに来た時にはまた立ち寄ってみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。
