店内は、いわゆるモクモク系。テーブル席の荷物は椅子の中が収納になっております。
注文は全て一人前。
☆赤せんまい（ギアラ）
さすが牛と思わせる油の入り方！
☆とんちゃん
タレが甘めですのでニンニクと一味でピリ辛で最高。
新鮮なとんちゃんと分かる美味しさ。
☆軟骨
包丁の入れ方がいい。コリコリ美味しい。
☆タチギモ
肝感があまりなく苦手な人でも食べれそう。
☆豚サガリ
美味しい。塩コショウで下味を。
☆豚ミノ
今回の1番かという美味しさ。
☆トマトサラダ
薄切りトマトに青じそドレッシング。オニオンと大葉がかなりのアクセント。トマト嫌いでも食べれる美味しさ！！かつ節アクセント最高。
営業時間を短縮しての営業で今回はここまででした。
ですが満足感はハンパない。
3人で一人前で楽しめます。
CPはかなり良いです！飲み過ぎだとあれですが。
