1954年（Ｓ29）創業の７０年を誇る「とんちゃ
ん屋さん」の名古屋の大御所店!!（2024年比）
名鉄「神宮前」東口改札を出て５分ほどにある。
ここのウリは「七輪に炭」で、マイ七輪で単独食
が出来る。
昔のこのエリアに詳しくはないけど、恐らく昭和
の時代から栄えた地で、日本車両や日本碍子と言
った名門企業の工場があったからだと思う!!
現在は、日本車両の工場はマンションになったり
し様変わり。
それもあってか古い飲み屋さんも減った中で、燦
然と輝くのが「伊勢屋」だ!!
昔は多くの焼き肉店が、犇（ひし）めき合っただ
ろう。
今日は、人気店で並ばないと入店できない人気ぶり
だけど、ちょっとしたタイミングで入店出来た!!

※タレの調合に不慣れで、店長さんに調合頂けた。
正直「とんちゃん」経験が少ないから、オーダーに
戸惑ったが、他に何を頼めば良かったのかな？
牛と豚のタンがあるのは珍しい？
何時だったか？ 店内改装し、奥の厨房が真新しい。
意外と店内は整然として、とんちゃん屋らしく無い。
もう、これ以上の説明は要らない!!

神宮前駅の西側開発中で、おかげ横丁の様な簡単な
町になるのか？ 2024年度中完成予定!!
