コスパ最高!!牛タンイチオシの焼肉屋さん❗
遅めの新年会として訪店しました。こちらは屋号が堀田ホルモンとありますが、メニューはホルモンだけではなく焼肉メニューも豊富です。店内は掘りごたつ席、お座敷、テーブル、カウンター、ペアシートみたいな席がありました。まず最初は上牛タン、ネギ牛タン、白センマイ、イチボをオーダー。牛タンは厚みも程よくこのお値段でこのクオリティーは素晴らしいの一言。お店の人にタンの美味しい焼き方のマメ知識を伺いました。タンはこのお店の様な昔ながらの穴あきスタイルの鉄板を十分に熱し、片面にしっかりと焼き目をつけて、ひっくり返してからはサッと焼くのが美味しい食べ方だそうです。珍しい白センマイは綺麗な白色でクセもなく滑らかでコリコリとした食感で美味。お酒のお供にピッタリでした。イチボはステーキ肉といった感じで柚子胡椒とポン酢でレアで頂きましたがこのお値段で分厚いステーキが食べれて幸せでした!
がつしんとはミノの特別な部位だそうで、サクサクと歯で噛み切れるのが特徴なホルモンです。他の店ではなかなか無いオススメの一品です。特に気に入った一品は、ホルモン屋さんという事もあり、牛ホルモンはお肉自体に甘みもありコラーゲンも豊富で次の日はお肌がプルプルになったような感じがあり、また絶対食べたい一品でした。総評として、こちらのお店はお値打ちに美味しい焼肉が食べる事ができ、普段使いにはピッタリな焼肉屋さんだと思いました!

I had some business in the Hotta area, and was drawn to Hotta Hormone by the smell. The restaurant was crowded because it was Saturday. After sitting down, I looked at the menu and saw that Motsunabe was available for a limited time. I ordered it immediately because I could eat my favorite Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and motsunabe at the same time. There are three types of motsunabe, and I ordered the miso flavor. You can choose the amount of garlic from five levels, and I ordered rank 3. The Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menu seems to have been slightly renewed, and the rare beef yam was very delicious and very affordable at 390 yen. It has a crunchy texture and is not hard, so it is a recommended dish to have with beer. There was also a menu called "Recommended Beef 4 Kinds Platter" that has never been available before, and the amount was just right for ordering motsunabe. The standard Cow tongue was juicy and perfect, and I ended up ordering extra beef horumon. The motsunabe had a good broth and the miso flavor was not heavy, so it was delicious. There was also Ramen or rice porridge available for the final course, but I was already full and couldn't order either. Since it's only available for a limited time, I'd like to try the remaining two options as well.
