この南区界隈によくあるお肉のネタを頼むとキャベツと玉ねぎが一緒について鉄板で焼いていく焼肉？ホルモン焼？のスタイル
ネタはタンからセンマイまで赤身～白身なんでもあります
提供前に醤油ベースのタレで野菜と肉を併せて、ラードで焼いていくもので食べ続けていくと単調なので飽きてきますが美味しくビールが飲めます
