名古屋市南区前浜通にある鉄板焼き店、平日の１７時頃に訪問してみた。
駐車場は店舗南側と北側にあり、店内は鉄板を囲うテーブル席が並ぶ渋い雰囲気。
この日は開店時刻に合わせて予約しておいたが、１９時頃にはほとんどの席が埋まる盛況ぶり。
初訪問の今回、まずはこのメニューを注文してみた。

★ キムチ ４４０円
★ とまと ４３０円
本気の大ジョッキ、これは飲み応えある。
カツも有名との事でお目当てでもあったが、木曜だったこの日は担当者が休みで注文出来ず。
霜降りやどて煮も出来ないと言われてしまったが、これらも目当てなら平日より休日の方が良さそう。
鉄板焼きの注文システムは、好みの肉を選んで野菜と一緒に豪快に焼いて頂く。
一度に焼けるのは７人前までとの案内だったが、大量に焼くより少量ずつがオススメ。
★ １回目 牛ホルモン＆牛タン＆センマイ ２２６０円
★ ２回目 ミノ＆牛ハラミ １６８０円
★ ３回目 心臓＆牛カルビ １６１０円
肉には軽くタレで味付けされていたが、焼き上がってからもタレで頂く。
精肉店でもある此方、結構な厚切りで肉の旨味もしっかり堪能できる。
センマイは細いものしか口にした事がなかったが、このサイズでは食感や舌触りが初めての感覚。
噛み応えあるミノや、滅多に口にしない心臓はコリッとした食感で意外にいける。
ただ難点は組み合わせで、どういう組み合わせが良いか尋ねても「好みのお肉で」と。
３人での訪問だったが、適当に頼んだこの組み合わせが良かったのかどうか。
途中から相棒ミサエは焼酎、私はハイボールにチェンジ。
悪酔いとまではいかないが、結構な濃さで泥酔モードに(笑)
地元の大衆店といった雰囲気だが、評価以上にまた訪れたいと思った。
