I went to Maruaki, which is famous for its Hida beef at a reasonable price. Although it was awkward, the staff politely guided me to the private room I had reserved. It was a shame that the Hida beef tongue was out of stock even though the store had just opened...I felt that the Chateaubriand was a good value, so I ordered it and thoroughly enjoyed it. The skirt steak and loin were a little disappointing. . . Since there is a butcher shop next to the shop, I thought they would have liver other than grilled liver... The Chinese cabbage kimchi was very delicious. Thank you for the meal!
