今日は所要でお出かけ、用事が思いのほか早く片付き、ゆっくり食事して帰宅しようと検索したところ、以前興味を持ったこの店がヒットした。
ランチは前菜、スープ、メインの定食で、メインを選ぶスタイル。今日は真鯛のポワレ、鶏胸肉のタンドリーチキン、牛ステーキ。2皿オーダーも可能で、食いしん坊は魚と鶏をお願いしたのであった。
先ずはオードブル盛り合わせから。秋鮭のフラン、ピーマンのローストアンチョビソース、オーストリアハム。洋風茶碗蒸しは秋鮭のうまみがとても良いアクセント。
スープは自家製ブイヨンに、溶き卵、チーズ、野菜をいれて。この御汁はおいしい。
メイン一皿目の真鯛のポワレバジルソースはバジルが香り食欲を増す。
二皿目の鶏胸肉タンドリーチキン風もスパイシーで、昼間からグラスワインが進んでしまった。どちらの皿も付け合せの野菜が美味。
贅沢なランチ、大満足の休日でした。
