I visited this restaurant with my family for lunch on a holiday. The weather was nice that day, so I walked from home to the restaurant. Lunch course 1800 yen x 2 Beef option 600 yen x 2 Craft beer 550 yen The main dishes for this day were A. Black sea bream pan-fried, B. Pork piccata, and C. Beef Steak, and I chose C. The beer is a craft beer made with hops from Sorachi. At first, I thought it was Sapporo Beer's Sorachi, but it was a different beer. It was a beer with a very gorgeous taste with no bitterness and a sweet aroma. The appetizers were pumpkin soup, new onion flan (Western-style chawanmushi), marinated firefly squid, and ham. The flan contains finely chopped new onions, which gives it a unique texture and deliciousness. The firefly squid from Shimane was also seasoned to go well with beer. The focaccia has a chewy and delicious clam. My family and I had seconds. The beef was from Hokkaido, and the cut was ichibone. The meat was cooked perfectly, thoroughly cooked through, but red and tender on the inside. The red wine sauce was also delicious, and the accompanying grilled onions were soft and sweet. On the day we visited, the restaurant was run by a total of three staff members: a married couple, a woman in the dining area, a man in the kitchen, and one student part-timer. At the table next to us, the owner's son, an elementary school student, was studying, making it a very homey restaurant. We paid 5,880 yen including tax. Thank you for the meal.
