南区で人気のお寿司屋さんに、ランチでお邪魔しました。
店内には、多数のテレビ取材を受けている事が書かれています。
得てしてこの手の情報は、ずいぶん古いことが多いんですが、書かれている３件とも今年の放映で、ちょっと驚きました。
メニューには色々なランチが載っています。
選びあぐねて、店員さんにお店の名物料理を尋ねると、海鮮丼との事です。
・海鮮丼 2500円 （私）
・上寿司 2100円
海鮮丼は、期間限定で1000円割り引かれています。
海鮮丼は桶で提供されました。
飾り付けられたデンドロビウムが綺麗です。そして、キャラ弁の様な笑顔がこちらを見ています。
具が多く桶の縁からはみ出ていて、凄いボリューム感です。
具の種類で覚えているのは、カニ、鱒のいくら、トビコ、甘海老、タコ、白身魚、つぶ貝、ホタテ、ウニクラゲ、穴子、玉子、魚の炙り、その他名称不明魚です。
とても盛り沢山で、ネタは新鮮でした。
酢飯が少々硬めだった事を除いて、とても美味しい海鮮丼だなと思いました。
セットの吸い物は、あら汁です。
中にはカマが入っていました。
これも美味しかったです。
味変用として、コチジャンのタレが付いてました。焼肉のたれが合う海鮮ってなんだろうと思い舐めてみるとニンニクが効いています。
意外に炙りに合うのかも知れませんね。
家族が食べた上寿司も、好評価でした。
また来たいお店ですね。
