名古屋市緑区にあるショッピングセンター、イオンモール大高。
その３階フードコートにテナントとして入る鶏料理専門店、平日の１２時頃に訪問してみた。
此方のフードコートは１１００席との案内だが、平日のお昼とあって８割くらい埋まっていた。
初訪問の今回はこのメニューを注文してみた。
★ 鶏かつ丼 ９７０円
揚げたてサクサクのむね肉を使った鶏カツに、トロトロの卵でフワッととじられている。
半熟はあまり好まないが、それをかき消す濃いめのタレが決め手。
甘辛さが結構強くご飯は進むが、シンプルに味わうにはどうなのか。
鶏出汁の味噌汁かと啜ると、中から鶏団子が。
ワンポイントは、小皿に盛られた南高梅。
