讃岐風のコシのあるやや太めの麺に濃いめの出汁をかけて、唐揚げやら天ぷらなどの揚げ物を乗せて、さらに無料の揚げ玉をぶっかける。
あっさりスッキリ胃に優しいとは程遠いフォルム(笑)
鬼おろしを入れて見て、もう、クドいんだかサッパリしてるんだか良く解らないカオス状態。
だが、ハッキリしているのは、、美味いんだーこれが。
山盛りに盛られたフォルムが私の闘争心に火を点けるんだ。
無我夢中で掻き込み、いなり寿司を頬張って来ました。
