休日のランチに、家族3名で伺いました。
少し前からマトンビリヤニが食べたくなっていて、東京出張の際、アーンドラキッチンでフラれてから、余計に食べたくなり、今回訪問しました。
・マトンビリヤニセット 1260円
・カレーコンビセット 1180円
・エビカレーセット 880円
・マンゴーラッシー 150円
私はビリヤニを頂きました。
ビリヤニあるあるですが、こちらのビリヤニも量が大盛りですね(^^;;
他店との違いで気付いたのは、刻み葱が少しだけトッピングされているところです。
ビリヤニはスパイシーですが、辛さが一番強めの味付けです。
シナモンやカルダモンは、それほど主張をしていません。
食べ進むとバスマティライスの中からマトンの肉がゴロゴロ出てきました。
食べ終わると、お皿にほ結構な量の油が付いていました。これは炒めて作ったビリヤニですね。
でも、久し振りにビリヤニを頂き、満足できました。
支払いは、3596円でした。
レシートを見ると、何故かビリヤニセットだけが外税でした。
