This is a Chiritori Nabe and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) restaurant located just south of Nonami Subway Station. It is located on the first floor of the apartment. It's a shop along the street, but it had the same name as a Tonchan shop I visited before, so I was curious and went there without really knowing what type of shop it was. The exterior has a stylish image with beautiful red walls and doors. Since it was about time, I thought it was a casual bar or something. Surprisingly, the signboard in front of the store says "Chiritori Nabe" and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)...! Moreover, the base price is 480 yen per person! ! ! what? What? What a system! ? I was intrigued and couldn't help but enter the store! The inside of the store has a casual Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)-like counter and cafe-like white tables that seat 5 to 6 people, which may not be associated with Motsunabe or Chiritori-nabe. It was late at night, so when I asked about their business hours, they said they were open until 3pm! amazing…! The menu looks like it will defy your expectations in a good way! ! ! It's quite a serious content...! There are quite a lot of different parts...! It seems to be especially strong against internal organs...o(^▽^)o There are also plenty of single-item products. And what about the 480 yen price listed on the storefront? The main dishes are Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and chiritori nabe, both of which are based on dashi soup, cabbage, and chives, and topped with your favorite meat. This soup stock, cabbage, and chives are the base, and it costs 480 yen per person... And bean sprouts are additionally free! ! ! This is a nice composition! This time, I chose beef short ribs, gatsu, beef offal, and tonchan as toppings for the chiritori hotpot. Other, we ordered gatsupon, fried offal, kimchi, and a fried rice set to finish. Drinks include several draft beers, several bottled beers, several treasures of wealth, and several mugs of cola. The owner of Chiritori Nabe is a very kind person who makes cooking fun. The offal is very fresh and the cuts are large, so it's filling and delicious. The guts was especially delicious. When it comes to things that are free, there are many places where the staff don't go all that far, but at this store, they were so nice that I was able to add bean sprouts without hesitation. I don't remember having many delicious chiritori nabe in Nagoya, but this is a restaurant where you can get delicious chiritori nabe...o(^▽^)o Next time, I would like to try Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot).
