麻婆豆腐定食1298円を頂きました。麻婆豆腐、焼売、白飯、スープ、デザートの構成です。
スープは鶏出汁に醤油系の和風な味わい。
麻婆豆腐は石焼のような丼に入り熱々状態。辛味、痺れが立ち豆鼓醤のような味噌系が若干強い味わいかな。豆腐は程好い食感で豆の旨味が印象的。旨い。
焼売は具材が薄皮に透ける。比較的あっさりしているが旨味が強い味わい。別添の酢醤油との相性が良い。
デザートは杏仁豆腐。クリーム系の食感。仄かな甘味が口内を中和する。旨い。
総じて、豆腐が印象的な麻婆豆腐。ダイニングはカウンタと卓席があり卓席は満席。日替りランチはお値打ち価格。次回の楽しみとしよう。無料駐車場は店舗前に15台程度あります。
