妻と久々に平日にランチ、どこかいいお店がないか食べログで探していると、緑区に美味しそうな洋食屋さんを発見し初訪問です。
お店に着いたのがオーダーストップ少し前だった事もあり、この日の日替りは売り切れ。
他のランチメニューから
とんかつ定食 1100円
黒毛和牛(A5)ハンバーグ定食 1300円 を注文。
私が注文したとんかつは三重県産のさくらポークというブランド豚のロースで、ソースは無く「グランドの塩」か「天然醸造しょうゆ」のどちらかを選らぶとの事でという塩でいただくことに。
お肉は厚みは標準的な厚みで、柔らかく脂にも甘みもありサラッとした感じで美味しかった。
また妻の選んだ黒毛和牛のハンバーグもちょうどいい肉汁感と肉の旨みが感じられる好みのハンバーグであった。
どちらも素材にはこだわりを感じる料理で美味しかったです。
