丁寧な仕上げ♪
今日は暑～い一日で、食欲のでるカレーを頂きに、此方ビンディカさんへ。
ネパールの方のお店のようです
南区の大江駅近く。駐車場は店裏で７台になりますが、６台分は前後２台縦列での駐車になりますので、他のお客さんが出る際は車の入れ替えが必要になる場合があります。
今日はチキンティッカのついたＢセットをオーダー。
カレーはほうれん草のはいったチキンサグをチョイス。

５辛でお願いしました♪
アフタードリンクはマンゴーラッシーで。
ちなみにメニュー表は税別表記です。
ティッカは、脂分が落ちすぎるとパサパサの食感、味わいになりますが、此方のはしっとり感もちゃんと残っており、ふっくらで美味。
セットのチキンスープもコクがあり、なかなかの味わい。細かく切った根菜のコリコリとした食感がアクセントになってました。
ナンは裏側がカリッとしており、表面はふっくらモチモチ。ギーは少し塗られている程度ですが、ナン本来の甘みがあり美味しいですね。
チキンサグ。トマトとの色合いのコントラストが綺麗ですね。生姜もトッピングされています。
ほうれん草がたっぷりと入っていて甘みが有ります。完全なペーストにはされていないので、舌の上でその食感が楽しめます。
辛さは舌や唇を刺激することもなく、上品な辛さかな？うっすら汗をかく程度でした。
大振りにカットされたチキンが沢山入ってました。ホロホロッとなる位に煮込まれていています。
全体的には旨味が感じられるカレーですね。ナンがすすみます(･∀･)
マンゴーの甘味と爽やかな酸味が楽しめるマンゴーラッシーでホッとひと息。
