平日午後18時頃訪問。
ちょうど駐車場1台空いていました！
6~7名様の列に接続♪
20分ほどで店内へ。
入口はいって左の券売機で食券を購入するとお席に案内されます。
カウンター席の目の前には庭園が見え素敵☆
とてもラーメン屋さんとは思えない高級感(°Д°)
ワクワクが止まりません٩(◜ᴗ◝ )۶
先に、菜の花のスープと春にんじんのラペが。
可愛いサイズですがお野菜美味しい！
次に鴨肉登場〜(*^o^*)
テーブルのIHで少し色が変わるまで両面焼きます。

こんなに美味しい鴨肉初めて食べました！！
とっても柔らかく臭みがまったくない♪
ネギもいい感じに火が通って鴨肉を引き立ててます。
空庵さん連れてきてもらって良かった(ㅅ´꒳` )
衝撃的な美味しさの鴨肉に感激しすぎて、メインのラーメンの存在が薄くなってしまった…(^^ ;
ラーメンは…鴨出汁サッパリ白醤油スープ、のどごし良い柔らかめストレート細麺、太メンマ、鴨肉が1枚どこの部位かわかりませんがこれもまた柔らか〜♪
柚子の風味が爽やかで上品なラーメンでした(*´꒳`*)
ご馳走様でした！
