[Minato Ward, along National Route 23] Hearty Ramen, Mazesoba (Soupless noodles), Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) and teppan bean sprouts served free of charge!
Ramen, Mazesoba (Soupless noodles), and Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) are all served with bean sprouts on a hot plate. The noodles are the most important part! The extra thick noodles have a chewy and spri
...ngy texture. You should also pay attention to the amount of noodles. A regular serving is usually 110g, but at Ginjiro it is 180g. The large serving is a whopping 300g. And the "value platter" comes with a thick layer of char siu, bamboo shoots, soft-boiled seasoned egg, and bean sprouts that will make you say "is this enough?", so you're sure to be satisfied. Gyoza / Dumpling are also a recommended delicacy.
