...ngy texture. You should also pay attention to the amount of noodles. A regular serving is usually 110g, but at Ginjiro it is 180g. The large serving is a whopping 300g. And the "value platter" comes with a thick layer of char siu, bamboo shoots, soft-boiled seasoned egg, and bean sprouts that will make you say "is this enough?", so you're sure to be satisfied.
