Minato-ku, Nagoya City. Along Route 23. Located inside a pachinko parlor. Except for the Nagoya main store, it is attached to Mega Concorde. Almost full as soon as it opens. Since the ratio of men is high, hearty dishes are popular. I ordered the manager's Mazesoba (Soupless noodles) Value Serving (1,200 yen). The value serving is like having everything on top. I added bonito stock powder as a free topping. It also comes with bean sprouts on a hot plate automatically. I started with the bean sprouts. The raw egg is fried on a hot plate. It's a simple dish, but has a peppery aroma. It's lightly seasoned, so I added a little soy sauce. The value serving has more seasoned eggs, char siu (up to 3 pieces), and bamboo shoots. However, it looks a little sad and far from 1,200 yen. Mazesoba (Soupless noodles) think it would be reasonable to top the Mazesoba with seasoned eggs (800 yen + 100 yen) for about 900 yen. Mazesoba (Soupless noodles) isn't spicy, so I added some chili pepper. More than half of the pork slices are fatty, so it would be better to sear them in this condition. The sauce itself is not bad. Requests: The value portion (+350 yen) is expensive. The large portion (+150 yen) is expensive. I don't need the hot plate bean sprouts, so I wish the starting price would be lower.
