パンチのあるジャンキーな美味しいまぜそば
BMしていた銀次郎に行ってみました。
訪問したのは、とある平日の14時前です。
お店はパチンコ店に併設されているお店なので、パチンコ店の駐車場にクルマをとめて店内へ向かいます。
店内に入ると、平日の14時だというのに店内はほぼ満席でした。
券売機で食券を購入してカウンター席に座ります。
今回注文したのは、まぜそばの並です。
無料のトッピングはにんにくをチョイスしました。
しばし待つと、サービスの鉄板もやしとまぜそばが同時に運ばれて来ました。
さっそく頂きます。
ませそばはかなり美味しいまぜそばでした。
やっぱりまぜそばは、パンチのあるジャンキーな味のまぜそばが好きですね。
ココのまぜそばは、かなりガツンとパンチがあって正にジャンキーなまぜそばです。
故に好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれません。
醤油ベース？のタレは、かなり濃い目の味です。
そこにたっぷりと入れてもらったおろしニンニクが更なるパンチを加えます。
ネギと海苔もとても良いアクセントになっています。
ほんのりと魚介の風味も感じます。
久々にパンチのあるジャンキーなまぜそばを食べましたが、美味しかったですね～。
こうやって書いている今でもまだあのジャンキーな後味が口の中に残っています。
このお店が近所にあったら、かなりの頻度で通いそうなくらい気に入りました。
薄味がお好きな方や、上品な味がお好きな方には向いていないませそばだと思います。
ジャンキーなパンチのある味が好きという方には是非1度食べてみて欲しいまぜそばです。
食べる際は、是非ニンニクトッピングで食べられることをお勧めします。
鉄板もやしは
もやしの上に生卵が乗っけられていて黒胡椒で味付けされています。
しゃきしゃきでスパイシーでなかなか良いサービスですね。

It's been a while since I last visited. I had the junky namase soba a long time ago and thought it was delicious, so I went back. I visited at around 2pm on a certain holiday. Even so, the restaurant was about half full. I bought a ticket from the ticket machine and went to a suitable seat. First of all, I felt something was very strange. When I entered the restaurant, no one greeted me or said anything. Even after I bought the ticket, no one said anything like "please come this way". I wonder if the customer service is tailored to the customer because it's a restaurant inside a pachinko parlor? I thought it was a bit strange. I sat down and put the ticket on the counter, but there was no word when I took it away...wry smile. After waiting for a while, Mazesoba (Soupless noodles) and stir-fried bean sprouts were brought to me. I started eating. Hmm? ? The taste has changed? ? The taste is strong. It's simply strong and salty. And yet it doesn't feel as punchy or delicious as it used to. The pork pork smells a bit like pork, or rather, it has a slightly animal smell. The taste has deteriorated... I added a generous amount of grated garlic that was on the table, a little fish powder, and vinegar to customize it to my liking, and managed to finish it all. I won't be returning.
