金曜日の昼に訪問。
あおばへの初訪狙いで向かったが休業との事で急遽こちらに伺う。
訪問は2回目で前回は塩ラーメンを頂いていた。
最近つけ麺ばかり食していた為、今日はラーメンを食べると心に決めていたが、食券機の前で気持ちがメトロノームの如く揺さぶられ、気付いたらつけ麺ボタンを押していた。
鶏つけ麺 特製のせ（1350円）
麺の量は200,250,300gから選択でき、
250gをチョイス。
こういう時真ん中を選びがちな事なかれ主義である。
つけ汁は濃いめの鶏白湯系だがネギが沈めてあり、それが良い風味付けになっていた。
麺は中太でスープがよく絡む絶妙な太さ。
チャーシューは鶏2、豚レア2、焼豚1でどれもくどくなく焼豚が特に柔らかくて美味しかった。
土壇場で選んだつけ麺だったが、自分つけ麺ランクでかなり上位に来る美味さだった。
次こそはラーメンを食べる。
