2024年2月 愛知出張 2日目の昼食
仕事を終えて同僚らとお昼。私より土地勘のある彼らに任せました。
田所商店と同じ系列なのでしょう。
● 北海道味噌らーめん 870円
● ライス ？
味噌に特化しているだけあって味噌の種類が信州、江戸前、北海道の3種類がありました。
北海道好きなんだよねってことで北海道味噌を選択。
メニューを見てちょっと？と思ったのです。
そのもしかしてという嫌な予感は当たってしまった。というか過去に田所商店で食べた時もそうだったか？
シンプルな味噌らーめんは具がポテトフライとフライドオニオン？にもやしだけ。
チャーシューないの？
いやいやチャーシュー入ってないってどうなの？です。
写真のメニュー一番上は味噌漬け炙りチャーシュー麺が1,340円だから高いなと思ったし、味噌漬けのチャーシューは好みじゃないからシンプルにしたけどチャーシュー入ってないって。
なんかそれだけで気分下がってしまい。
ポテトフライ悪くない、フライドオニオン？も悪くない。でもそれで肉のコクは出ないよね。
北海道の味噌だからやっぱり私はすみれ系の味を思い浮かべてしまい悪くはないんだけど。
麺はチュルッとしているので、これもイメージが違うのだ。
う～ん。田所商店を見かけることはあるけど入らなかったのはこのことだったんだ。
