お昼ついでにパン屋さんに寄って来ました。
名古屋市港区当知に有る「ペリカン」です。
お店に着いたのは13時過ぎ。
結構広めの店内は、半分以上がカフェスペース。
120席も有るんだとか。
パン以外に、ピザやパスタ等の軽食も楽しめます。
それに対して、パン売り場は割にこぢんまりとしています。
パンの品揃えは良かったですね。
私は下記の6種類を買って来ました。
プレミアム特上あんぱん
ミニクロワッサン
ミニチョコクロワッサン
ミニパン オ ショコラ
ミニおさつデニッシュ
ミニウインナー
プレミアム特上あんぱんは、「当店イチオシ」に負けて購入。
ブリオッシュ生地に、蕩ける粒餡が良いですね。
もう少し餡の量を奢って貰えると嬉しいです。
「ミニ」が付くのは、このお店のミニパンシリーズ。
幾つかの種類が有り、選り取り5個で250円だそうです。
ミニクロワッサンとミニチョコクロワッサンは、
「Johan」の量り売りのクロワッサンを髣髴とさせます。
お味も「Johan」に比肩するレベル。
ミニパン オ ショコラはチョコがちょっと弱いですね。
ミニおさつデニッシュ、ミニウインナー至って普通でした。
この店は一度、カフェスペースを利用してみたいですね。
