This is Tonchanya, a newly opened restaurant in Minami Ward, Nagoya City. It seems that it opened in December of last year. It seems that the closest stations are Tsururi Station on the subway and Honkasadera Station on the Meitetsu Line, but both seem to be quite a distance on foot... A little while ago, I happened to be passing by this place and a Tonchan-ya shop had opened that looked delicious, so four of us stopped by on our way home from work. The appearance of wood grain...! ! ! A big orange banner next to the entrance! ! ! On the banner, there are words for salt hormone and miso tonchan...♡ It's kind of tempting~o(^▽^)o When you enter the store, there are several counter seats, as well as table seats and tatami mats. A gas stove is used, and each table is equipped with a duct. Well, since it's a Tonchan restaurant, you can't deny the smoke...(^^;; At this restaurant, each person is served a serving of Tonchan instead of an appetizer. One serving of Tonchan costs 300 yen. So, the 300 yen appetizer fee is just Tonchan. This is a common system at Tonchan restaurants. You can choose between salt and miso, but here I went with miso 4. Other, I ordered quite a lot this time. ・Kimchi platter x 2 ・Changja x 2 ・ Cow tongue x 2 ・Beef short ribs x 2 ・Additional pork chan 2 ・Seseri x 2 ・Torohormone x 2 ・Large rice 2 - Egg-cooked rice x 2 - Seaweed soup Lots of draft beer, a few glasses of Red Rabbit, 3 colas!!!The meat at this restaurant is pretty good♡ Especially the internal organs are delicious.You can really feel the freshness of the offal. Even with my poor photos, I think you can still see how beautiful the meat is.The red meat is just delicious.Personally, when I come to a Tonchan restaurant, I don't have any particular expectations for the lean meat. , if it's delicious, you're lucky. After all, the price is cheap...(^^;; 880 yen for the top rib!!! Also, I think it's the life of Tonchanya, but the miso sauce... This is also pretty good. It was delicious and I was satisfied.However...it took a while to be served.It can't be helped as it was late and there was only one staff member, but we had to wait over 30 minutes for several items to be served. However, I was told that they haven't started cooking yet, so I'm sorry but I had to cancel...(^^;; I'm already craving the final meal and can't wait... (^^;; I don't think there will be any problem if you arrive early because the staff will be there. The staff kindly apologized and said they were sorry for canceling. The food was really delicious and the staff was very nice, so next time I would like to visit earlier in the day. Thank you for the meal ♡
