本日は、港区甚兵衞通にある大きな象のフィギアが店前に飾っているセイロンホストさんにチキンビリヤニを食べに伺いました(*^▽^*)
本場スリランカ人が運営するので雰囲気は
オリエンタルな異国情緒いっぱい、、
スリランカ料理ビリヤニは細長くパサパサ
柔らかく甘いインド米をスパイスの層毎に
炊き上げるので部分毎に違う色々な香料の
味を楽しむのが特徴…
僕好みのインド米は日本米と違いパサパサ
食感と柔らかさが最高～♪
このインド米をナツメグ、クミン、クロー
ブ、カルダモン、シナモン、ローリエ、
サフラン、ミントなどの香料やチキン、
マトンの肉や魚と炊き込むことでとても
スパイシーで魅力的なビリヤニが完成～♪
更にカレーのようにスパイシーなルーも
用意されスパイスの美味しさ楽しさに、
舌鼓を打ち大満足(#^.^#)
