２度目の訪問
愛知は中華料理店多いけどその中でも一押しの店
店はキレイで料理もおいしく接客も良い
そのために人気店で駐車場は満車だった
なんとか停めれたけど
中でも天津炒飯は特におすすめ
玉子は分厚いけどふわふわ
炒飯は炒めた香ばしさ
あんは醤油と鶏ガラのシンプルな仕立て
これらのバランスが最高
ここでは初めてのニラレバはレバーたっぷり
レバー好きにはたまらない
回鍋肉はしっかり甘辛くて良い
肉も結構厚かった
あんかけラーメンはそんなにあんの粘度強くなく
さらさら食べられる
コチラのスープ、油断すると飲み干しちゃいます
