ハンバーグ&カニコロランチ (1600円)
表面に軽くパン粉をつけて、サクッと焼かれた衣の内に
肉の繊維がしっかりしていて旨味がギュッと濃縮。
ホロホロっとした食感に、繊維の隙間から肉汁が絡まっていて噛むとじんわりと滲み出て、
それに濃厚なデミが持つ苦味が口の中を刺激します。
カニクリームコロッケは
衣がサックサクで、ホワイトソース濃いめのねっとり濃厚。
でも、タルタルが下に敷いてあったのはノーマークだった。
ランチはフライ系が多くて、ジャンルが偏ってるから
また一周した頃に伺おうかな。
