焼き鯖はふっくらしています。
自然薯の刺身はとろろ芋に海苔が巻いてあります。
自然薯は既に出汁でのばしてあり、そのままご飯にかけて食べます。
ご飯は麦ご飯。
固まっています。
自然薯かけても固まりがほぐれない。
