初めてEggs'n Thingsへ。率直な感想です。／10年越しの初エッグベネディクト！ : Eggusun shingusu

It was a weekday, just before closing time, and there were no guests. What is Eggs 'n Things? A casual Hawaiian Restaurants based on the concept of "All Day Breakfast" where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast menu day or night. (The official description goes something like this) Hmm, but when I went there, I got the impression that it was a restaurant where you could eat Hawaiian-style snacks using eggs, as the name of the restaurant means "eggs and more." This time's order is Loco Moco. (9 year old son) 1375 yen Eggs Benedict. (Myself) 1,672 yen Complete French cuisine. It seems that during Pancakes Pancakes boom, there was often a line at the shop. I want to go here! The reason I thought this was because I wanted to try eggs Benedict. Eggs Benedict became popular in Japan 10 years ago, around 2014. At the time, I was pregnant with my eldest child, and I gave birth without ever having a chance to eat eggs Benedict, and then my second child was born in a rush...I had never had anything to do with eggs Benedict in my life. When I think about this, I am deeply moved that I can now eat out anywhere with my children. By the way, on this day I was returning from taking a Shichi-Go-San photo shoot at a photo studio in LaLapo, and I was having tea after taking 3 hours to take the photo. was. This is eggs Benedict! It's so round and strange~ But I don't really like egg dishes, so I'll pass on the review lol. (I just wanted to try it!) I wasn't really into it... *I tend to bake my English muffins crispy, but here I used them soft. Everything was so fluffy that I couldn't calm down... In short, it's a matter of preference. French cuisine is full of alcohol and has a rich aroma. Add eggs, ham, and cheese to it. It has a complex taste, combining sweet and salty. I think people either like or dislike the scent of alcohol (those who don't like it may find it scent-like), but my daughter liked it. Loco Moco is simply a fried egg, Hamburg, rice, sauce, and a bit of lettuce. The taste of Hamburg and sauce was also average, so it was similar to eating something that wasn't worth the price at a ski resort or theme park (^^; Overall, it felt like a foreign country. .Isn't there just too much potato as a garnish?The flavor of French cuisine is so strong that you wouldn't eat it in Japan.The loco moco is so clean and simple.It has a subtle rustle that makes it different from other countries.
