【あーしたフッキンワ〜レ】
というわけで今回は『らーめん 天葵』さんにお邪魔しました。
こちらは2019年7月に名古屋市南区でオープンされた店舗です。こちらの店主さんは、中華料理店やラーメン店での修行経験があるそうで、『究極のラーメン2021東海版』では新店部門で紹介されるなど、話題となっている店舗です。
こちらは初訪問です。今回は看板メニューである『天葵しょうゆ』を頂きます。
スープは鶏と豚の旨味風味が詰まった優しい醤油スープで、麺は小麦の旨味が詰まった中細ストレート麺です。チャーシューもほろほろジューシーな仕上がりで、甘めなメンマも大量に入っていました。
シンプルながらも味わい深い一杯でした。身体に染み渡りますね。次回は『天葵しお』を頂きたいです。
