名古屋市熱田区の伝馬町駅近くにある喫茶店『喫茶space』のたまごサンド、850円。レトロ喫茶店の跡地を若い人らが改装。名付けてネオレトロ喫茶店とのこと。雰囲気やメニューが変わるだけでお客様は増えるもんだなあ。
厚焼きたまごタイプ。厚みは3〜4センチでふわふわ。味付けは辛子マヨと赤味噌！たまごの旨味、辛子マヨの辛味に、味噌の甘塩っぱさがめちゃ合う。具材はなし。パンもふわふわ。うまし！！
