南区に２０２１年７月１５日にオープンしたワタクシのお気に入りの焼肉店「煙力」、さっそく週末の午後に利用してみました。店内はテーブル２０卓弱ほどと掘りごたつ４卓の席数、１２時ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは３組でしたが１２時を回ったころから続々とお客さんも入ってきていました。
メニューは名物のとろタンをはじめ、甘辛ダレカルビやハラミ、５秒焼きロースにサーロインといったお肉にとんちゃん、ホルモン、レバー、ミノなどの内臓系、テールスープやテールラーメン、冷麺などのご飯ものがあります。
今回もワタクシの中での定番であるとろタンに甘辛ダレカルビなどをいただきました。名物でもあるとろタンはしっかりと脂がのっている牛タンなのでタンなのに焼いているとホルモンみたくときどきファイヤーしちゃいます。でもその脂のおかげでとろとろに柔らかい食感に旨みもしっかり感じられる美味しい牛タンです。
そして甘辛ダレカルビ、コチラのお店の甘辛ダレって個人的に大好きなんですよね、タレの染みたお肉は白いご飯との相性もバッチリなんでょうね、ワタクシはご飯でなくお酒とともに楽しみましたがもちろんお酒との相性も申し訳なしです。
ドリンクも１８時まではハッピーアワーで多くのドリンクがなんと一杯８０円、土日なんかは１１時３０分の開店からなので昼飲みにももってこいですね、お肉も安くて美味しいしお酒も安いとなんて言うことなし、ごちそうさまでした。
