名港線東海通駅近くのお店です。
以前に1人で訪問し良い感じだったので、
この日は4人の会を開催してみました!
タイミングが良かったのか2階貸切でした
お店の方に料理の量など確認しつつ、
前菜盛り合わせにサルシッチャ2本、
パスタ2種類と三河牛ビステッカを注文です。
料理の出てくるペースはちょうどよい感じでした。
サルシッチャは肉々しさも焼き加減も良く、
1人で一本食べたくなりました
名物とよく聞く、炙り明太子のパスタは、
タリアテッレに絡むクリームソースが絶品!
豚ラグーのパスタも美味でした。
ビステッカは部位も火入れ加減も素晴らしく、
シェフの昔いたお店の名物だけはあり高水準。
どれも美味しく、他メニューも気になりました。
また人数を集めて訪問したいお店です
