鳴海町に去年オープンして気になっていた
中国菜たな華にランチで行ってきました。
店内はこぢんまりとしたチャイニーズ空間。
４つのテーブル席は満席で賑わってましたが
カウンター席は全部空いてたので問題なし。
日本人がやってる町中華なので安心ですね。
ランチは麻婆豆腐と坦々麺のセットが人気で
今回は四川麻婆豆腐を辛めで注文。

日本人シェフが本場四川省の調味料を使った
麻婆豆腐は麻辣がしっかり効いてコクがあり
粗挽きのミンチも抜群のアクセントになって
めっちゃ美味しいです！！！
大陸系中華では絶対に味わえない旨味があり
本格的な四川麻婆豆腐が味わえて大満足。
今度は坦々麺も食べてみたいですね。
