四川麻婆豆腐ランチ1200円を頂きました。麻婆豆腐、スープ、野菜サラダ、白飯、小菜（漬物）の構成です。
スープは綺麗な檸檬色の玉子のすり流しが鶏出汁に踊る。
野菜サラダは水菜、紫玉葱、黄色パプリカ。少し甘味があるドレッシングが箸休めとなる。
四川麻婆豆腐は肉塊のような挽肉の黒褐色に辣油の赤褐色のコントラストが綺麗。旨味の強い豆腐はしっかりした食感。花椒はさほど強くないが、適度な辛味に他の旨味が一体化。旨い。
白飯は麻婆豆腐が良く合う甘味。旨い。
総じて、旨味が一体化している麻婆豆腐。ダイニングは卓席の他にカウンタ席があるの一人でも気軽に入れる。無料駐車場は店舗前２台の他に3台分あるようです。
