「鶏そば唆る 南陽通店」に行って来ました。
「鶏そば啜る」の系列店です。
「鶏そば唆る」は、「南陽通店」の他、「堀田本店」が有ります。
「南陽通店」はパチンコ店「サンシャインKYORAKU」に併設されています。
お店に着いたのは13時頃。
25席有る店内は結構空いていました。
注文は店内に設置された券売機で。
私は鶏そばを選択。
店員さんに食券を渡して、カウンター席で暫し待ちます。
待つ事5分で鶏そば仕上がりました。
見た目はしっかり「啜る」の鶏そばですね。
先ずはスープから試します。
濃厚な鶏の旨味を感じる美味しいスープですね。
スープに若干のザラ付きを感じますが許容範囲と判断します。
麺は硬めの茹で上がり。
僅かながら生煮え感が有ります。
今まで「啜る」系列で食べた中では一番ダメな麺ですね。
スープが良いだけに勿体無いです。
ちょっと残念な一杯でしたね。
