初の台湾まぜそばだったので、名古屋の台湾まぜそばと言えばココですね☺️
初手でしたが、無性に肉が食べたかったので、今日は「ど肉台湾まぜそば」の大盛の2辛にしました。
濃厚タレと魚粉の香りがとても相性が良いです。ゴロゴロチャーシューは食べ応えあり、だけどほろほろに柔らかいところがいいですね。
麺が無くなるちょっと前に昆布酢を入れて味変。濃厚からサッパリになり、個人的にはちょっと多めの昆布酢が良かったです。
追い飯もしっかり頂き、とても満足できるまぜそばでした。
