前から店の前を通ったり、知人からおいしいょ～と聞いており気にはなっていたのですが、ようやく入ってみることができました。
他の方の書き込みにもあるように、雰囲気はいわゆる昔ながらの鉄板ホルモン屋といった感じで（私はむしろ好きなほうですが）、やや入りにくいと感じる方もいるかもしれません。
が、初めて食べた感想としては、なにこれっ めっちゃ美味しい!! です。
まず一番の印象は、とにかくホルモンが新鮮。 いままで普通の焼肉屋さんで食べていたホルモンって何だったの!?と思えるもので、ああっ新鮮なホルモンってこういうものなのね～って実感できました。 ちょっとした目ウロです ^_^；
注文の仕方はちょっと変わっていて、1テーブル（鉄板）ごとに各種ホルモン・肉などの種類・量をオーダーすると、おいしい野菜と混ぜて店のかたが味噌ダレで焼いてくれます。このようなシステムのため、“ホルモン２人前を追加～♪”なんては出来ませんので注意！
またこの焼き加減が絶妙で、きっと自分なら焼きすぎてしまうところを一番おいしい状態でいただくことができます。
もともとホルモンが好きな方にはもちろん、臭みがちょっと苦手・・・ なんて方に、ぜひぜひ食べてみてもらいたいです。
きっとなっとくしていただけるものと自信をもってお勧めできます。
ただ、少々 味は濃い目になりますので、ビールの飲みすぎにはご注意を・・・
