予約の時間まで間があったので、近くのこちらへうかがいました。
予約すると10％オフらしいので、直前でも電話いれたら良かったなぁ。
ちょい飲みですので軽くレバーやハツ、ももなどいただきました、それぞれ武将の名前がついてるのかな？
串カツは珍しい作りで、平切り肉を紫蘇と一緒にくるくる巻き付けて厚めの衣でサックリ揚げてあります。
お肉がフワッとして、紫蘇のアクセントも良いし味噌も辛めで好みのお味でした(*^^*)
オリジナルのタンドリーチキンは網で焼かれるのですが、鍋を被せて蒸します。
カレー風味は大人しめで、ぷりっとした鶏の旨味を堪能できました。
焼鳥も普通に美味しいですが、創作系が美味しかったです。
大将は大人しい方ですが、丁寧なお仕事で応援したくなりました。
