I was feeling bloated after drinking three beers, so I drank shochu on the rocks and waited until my stomach calmed down. During that time, I relaxed while watching the master and a part-time girl from Nepal work together skillfully to prepare the food. However, I wasn't feeling hungry at all, so I threw the shiimen noodles into the chicken pot soup and stirred them all in. By boiling it in a pot, the kishimen expands again and becomes very filling.
