記念日のディナーに
結婚記念日に伺いました。
いつも満席のこちら、以前から気になってましたが、やっと来れました^_^
今回は5000円のコースにシャンパン飲み放題を付けて。
オードブルは淡路産玉ねぎ冷製、枕崎産鰹タルタル
。玉ねぎ濃厚な冷製、タルタルはバケットにもよく合います。次いで、三河どり白レバーと生ハムのサラダ。
白レバーは、レバー特有のクセもなくコクがあります。
和歌山太刀魚の炙りと茄子のレモンマリネ。さっぱりしてて美味しい。
フォアグラ西京焼きは初めてですが、フォアグラの脂と味噌の風味は合いますね(^^)
メインの四限豚赤ワイン照り焼きは、香ばしい照り焼きがジューシーなお肉とマッチし、ボリュームもあります。
シャンパンにも良く合い、お酒が進みます(^^)
デザートはケーキやアイスのワンプレートにお祝いのメッセージを添えて頂きました。
全て美味しく頂きました、満足度の高い結婚記念日を過ごせました(^^)

This time, we visited for our wedding anniversary dinner and ordered the 8,800 yen course. The appetizer was "French Savoie Prosciutto mange". The fish dishes were "grilled eggplant and burratina, marinated Nagasaki bonito", "avocado and Yamaguchi spear squid spring rolls, squid ink sauce", and "grilled Akita tilefish with cucumber sauce". The marinade of bonito was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was the same ingredient as the bonito I usually eat. The avocado and squid in the spring rolls went very well together, and the squid ink sauce was excellent. The tilefish's scales were fried crisply and had a good texture, and went well with the refreshing cucumber sauce. Hamburg went well with the red wine sauce and was delicious. Linguine with Chiba sardines and dried mullet roe, and the sardines and dried mullet roe also went very well with pasta. The dessert, which included an anniversary message, was mascarpone creme brulee, fig jelly, and chocolate cake. Each dessert was elegant and delicious. Not only was the taste great, but the portions were also generous, making it a very satisfying anniversary dinner (^^)
