This Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant opened on October 14, 2020, about a 3-minute walk from Meitetsu Sakae Station, and I tried it out on a weekday night. There were about 9 tatami tables inside the restaurant, and when I entered around 9pm, there were only 2 other customers. The meat choices included standard meats such as short Cow tongue loin beef tongue, but also pork, chicken, and offal meats.Side menus included soy milk pancake, stone-grilled bibimbap, stone-grilled garlic rice, and Korean Cold Noodles. . The price range is 580 yen for short ribs, 780 yen for skirt steak, and just under 1000 yen for the top. First of all, I ordered the 6 kinds of joji stairway, which allows you to enjoy various kinds of meat.It comes with 4 slices of each of 6 kinds of meat: tongue, top rib, sirloin, shoulder loin, skirt steak, and halibut. It's served in a stepped bowl, which makes it visually appealing. As for the taste, the upper ribs have quite a bit of fat, but for someone like me who likes fat, I can't get enough of the soft and juicy fat. The sirloin has an exquisite balance between the flavor of the meat and the sweetness of the moderate amount of fat, and the shoulder loin also has the texture and flavor of lean meat. All the meats were quite delicious. In addition, some of the drinks are called rock-paper-scissors, so if you play rock-paper-scissors with the staff and win, you'll get a jug. Even if you lose, you won't lose because you will only get the normal size, so this system is good because it is risk-free.
