ランチに訪問。
気持ちの良い応対に迎え入れられ、お米のこだわりについて一通り説明を受けた後、着席。
僕のハンバーグ、トリュフデミグラスソース1700円程度を注文。
ハンバーグな普通に美味しいです。トリュフ感はそれほどなく。米は外はかなり柔らかく、少し芯がある味わい。好みの食感ではないですが、こだわりがあるだけあって美味しいです。
スタッフは全体的に明るく、とても良いですね。またお邪魔させていただきたくなります。
