以前からずっと気になっていたお店でランチを食べるために伺いました。
場所は名古屋市西区天塚町の貝田公園から西へ行ってすぐのあたりにあります。
お店はスタンダードなお肉屋さんの中に数席イートインスペースがある感じです。
お肉屋さんなのですが、週替わりで２種類のパスタランチがいただけて、今回は牛ホルモンとほうれん草のレモンガーリックのパスタを大盛りで注文しました。
パスタは茹で加減はアルデンテでオリーブオイルとニンニクの味わいが絶妙で、コッテリした味わいをレモンが程良いアクセントになってサッパリさせていて、プリプリのホルモンもたっぷり入っていてめっちゃ美味しかったです。
週替わりで２種類のパスタがいただけるので、また食べてみたいパスタが出てきたときに訪問しようと思います。
