以前から食べログでちょい飲みセットがあるのを見つけてBM、ようやくやって来ましたこちらのお店。祝日の18:30頃、先客は1組のみ。
早速ちょい飲みセット1,000円をオーダー、先ずはサッポロThe PERFECT黒ラベル（完璧な生ビール）とお通しを選ぶ。キャロットラペに。（鴨の生ハムと後、何だったかな？3つあったような？）これが抜群に旨い‼︎ 人参嫌いな人でも食べられるレベルとか。これだけでビールおかわり。
次にセットのおつまみ一品はポテトサラダ。えっ、これポテトサラダ？見た目はグラタンか何か？って感じ。卵黄とチーズにブラックペッパー。すくってみると確かにポテサラ。こんなの初めて。美味過ぎる‼︎
そしてふわとろお好み焼き。かわいいサイズ、単品だと250円だけど本格派。外はカリッ、中はふわとろ。最高です。
接客も素晴らしい。お料理の説明も◎。中でもウイスキーとジンに力を入れているとのことでクラフトジンを頂くことに。ジンは「飲む香水」と言われるそうで、香りをかいで選ばせてもらえる。
1番気になった東京は深川蒸留所のFUEKI。ロックで頂くと白濁して、口に含むと強烈ながらボタニカルな香り、甘味さえ感じる余韻。すごい。
美味しゅうございました♪良いお店見つけた‼︎
この春からウイスキーが値上がりするそうで、各社ジンに力を入れているとか。確かにCMでも「○ジンソーダ」とか良く耳にする。今日飲んだクラフトジンはそれとは一線を画す別物だ。クラフトジン、奥が深そうだ。また、来ます。
