創業90年以上の老舗卸問屋から仕入れるうなぎと白川郷の『蕎麦脇本』が監修した本格的な 石臼挽きそばが食べられるお店。しかも黒毛和牛のお肉まである。
何を食べるか迷ってしまい蕎麦、うなぎ、肉まぶしが全て食べれる

選べるミニ蕎麦はざるそばにしました！！
うなぎの表面がパリッと香ばしく焼かれていて中はふんわり肉厚ジューシーで美味しい！！パリッふわっトロっ。
お蕎麦はファミリー層が多いmozoという事で食べやすい二八蕎麦！！お蕎麦の風味が豊かで喉越し良い！！美味しい。
そして肉まぶし。程よい赤身肉で食べ応えあり！！タレも美味しい。
お蕎麦、鰻だけじゃなく黒毛和牛を使った肉まぶしがあるのもすごい。３つともすごく美味しくて大満足。
オープンしてまだ間もないけどお客さんいっぱい既に人気店でした。また行きたいな！！
