【イタリア料理 GRATO】
中村区にオープンしたイタリア料理店へ
ランチで行ってきました。カウンター席と
テーブル席があり少人数でも行きやすい
雰囲気です。
ランチは3種類あります。
選べるBランチ 2800円
♢自家製フォカッチャ
♢前菜盛り合わせ
♢パスタorピッツァ
♢肉料理or魚料理
前菜は戻り鰹やパテなどです。
普通に食べられます。
パスタは、シラスとゴボウのアラビアータ
です。シラスがどさっとあっても良い気が
しますね。
肉料理は豚肉のローストです。
肉の繊維に沿ってカットすると簡単に
切れますね。柔らかいお肉でした。
ソースはMARSALAのワインソースです。
オペレーションなどかなり不慣れでしたが
これからのお店ですね。
