栄本店は看板のおじさんがやってる頃によくおじゃましました。
現在は息子さんが後をつがれて、おじさんは平針店で奥さまと
やってるらしいとか。。。
ここのとんちゃんは昔、大須にあった「おかちゃん」の
味を引き継いでるそうですよ！
私もその当時、職場の同僚に「おかちゃん」へよく連れて行って
もらいました。とっても年季の入ったお店なんですが、
いつも行列でした。
その「おかちゃん」の味を引き継いでる、ここのとんちゃんは
本当においしい！！！
久々にこの味に出会えて感動です。
お店の方もとても愛想が良く、感じが良かったです。
お店に入るとまず、漬物ととんちゃんが暗黙の了解？ででてきます。
これは「おかちゃん」からそうだったと思います（笑）
メニューも色々あり、今回は「レバー」や「とんとろ」なども
オーダーしましたが、やはり私はとんちゃんオンリーでもいいぐらいです。
とんちゃんと漬物とご飯があれば、バクバクいけちゃいます。
七味唐辛子がつぼにおいてあるのですが、
これを山盛りもって焼くのがおやくそく！
これがたまらなくおいしいんですよね！！！
あ～～～～また食べたくなってきた！
今度は栄店に行ってみようかな。
